I've noticed that he's a bit more active than how he's usually playing as scum. Generally he's more quiet and hiding or trolling when playing as such.
As of now he's been questioning people and did also interact with a few.

The people pursuing Degaforce are asking the wrong question. It should not be "Did he leak information he could only get as an enemy of the Kingdom", as that can only be answered with the information gained from his death. It should rather be "Would he, accidently or not, leak information if he was an enemy of the Kingdom?"

To me, that answer would be no, as I would rather think him to be more intelligent than that. With his own contributions towards finding the hidden enemies, I'd say he looks to be an ally. And a valuable one at that.

Executing him for that slight possibility of information is too risky.

I'd rather execute someone that actually had been acting suspicious. Should I name Santi again?

I must have missed the word theory, which is understandable as I was eating Cheese Fondue at the same time at the time.

But I was simply doing what dagabro was doing, follow a lead and see if it bites.

    The Tomb of Heroes - 10 man raid

    Although the monastery wasn't cooperative in sharing what they know about the necromancers, their priesthood will help arm us against the undead. The clergy tells us of an ancient crypt where Balthazar's most favored warrior was buried, alongside his enchanted sword. The crown seeks agile travelers to brave the tomb's timeworn depths and retrieve that blessed weapon.

    The Jungle in the Sky - 5 man dungeon

    With peace brokered between our kingdom and the trolls, our newfound allies have sent us in search of several items to help us against the undead. The trolls' elders shared with us the secrets of their holiest land, where the ground itself ascends into the sky. On this airborne island they've hidden a gem blessed by the gods, which you must now retrieve as part of a powerful ritual.

    The Swamp - 5 man dungeon

    The other half required for the trolls' ritual lies opposite of their sky-bound temple, deep within the jungle's dense marsh. Once both relics are assembled, the trolls can perform a powerful ritual to bolster us against the undead. The crown seeks explorers to brave these harsh conditions and find the artifact beneath the water.

    Although the druid encampment was unable to help the nobleman's dying son, their wisest elders insist there is one option left: beseech Melandru's mercy at their sacred temple.
