stelios also a good target but with him I happen to have out of game knowledge that he's actually just not very intelligent. This combined with him starting the wagon so flagrantly makes me read him as dumb town.

meanwhile evil c.c. jumped onto the lynch wad wagon immediately once it started - I find it more likely for scum to jump on the pre-existing wagon of a strong town player/leader than to start one themselves. Maybe it's just cause I haven't played with them enough to slot them into the stelios category but c'est la vie.
