Every time my vote helps to successfully lynch someone, I gain vote power. My last 2 votes were on failed lynches, so I'm at 1 right now.

While I don't know what I think of Canti. I do find it a little odd you so sure Pain is not anti-town. I know you said that you find it unlikely a scum aligned Pain to not use what you saw but keep in mind you at most saw a portion of a window into Pain. In a team setting there might be a reason that it wasn't used or maybe a more individual scenario i.e. some sort of down side that relates to another ability you didn't see.
