Delaying doesn't stop targeting. I was tracked to UB despite getting my result not showing up until a phase later. I don't know how many targets the delay can hit I just know I have been hit twice by it.

I don't like how he's laying low and barely giving any input on this.
LG saying Nessos didn't target anyone at night even adds up if it's a Day Ability and generally his claim adds up since a Tracker tracks during the night, usually.
And he's playing like ToL and his defense sounds genuine. Judging by the votes he thinks he's getting lynched and this likely won't change, so I don't think he's lying.

Pick a wagon and roll with it. Go back to analysing posts and saying who you suspect. That's the only way we win. The rest is smokescreen.

Trust me I've hosted a gazillion role madness and I NEVER see players guess the role interactions right. They just don't. They come up with every possible way that result could have happened instead of the thing that happened.
